How old do you have to be to join Total Fitness gym?

I want to get a membership, I have some leftover corn detasseling money, and my mom said she would pay the rest if I'm old enough.

But does anyone know what the minimum age is to join at Total Fitness?

Or any other gyms in Ontario?
