Is doing 30 minutes of high intensity cardio 2 times out of the week enough for my personal fitness goals?
My fitness goal is to gain muscle mass so i do not want to do to much cardio and loose muscle. However i do not want to neglect cardio completely. Is doing 30 minutes of high intensity cardio 2 times out of the week enough? Or should i do more or less?Is doing 30 minutes of high intensity cardio 2 times out of the week enough for my personal fitness goals? You are just fine. Doing HIIT will not affect your muscle growth negatively. In fact it may enhance your muscle growth in your legs since your are doing such a demanding cardio routine. As long as you do strength straining along with the HIIT, you can still develop muscle growth just as well, if not better. Hope this helps!
