I have to write a short paper about anything to with fitness but I can't think of any interesting ideas.Any cool ideas for short papers about fitness?Here are some random ideas i came up with - (you can put more detail into it though)
Excersize Boosts Brainpower
Movement Melts Away Stress
Excersize GIVES You Energy (DOESN'T take it away)
It's Not Hard To Find Time For Fitness (OR -- If You Cant Find Time For Excersize You Will Need To Find Time For Illness)
Fitness Can Help Build Relationships
