I started with a rowing machine and did 2000 m in about 11 minutes. Is this a good speed?
How can I go about using this machine to get good fitness and strong arms?
Should I do 5000m and try to improve the time? Or should I do only 2000m?
Any other suggestions please...How to use a rowing machine for optimum fitness?I suggest that you get a heart rate monitor; Polar is the best brand. Work at 65%-85% of (220 - age)
10 minutes is the least that will do you any good. Work for longer times for more endurance.
