How did Angelina Jolie prepare for the Tomb Raider movies fitness wise?

does anyone know her fitness regime to look that good?

details would be great, like how many times a day did she train? what did it involve?How did Angelina Jolie prepare for the Tomb Raider movies fitness wise?It is simply incredible the shape that all these movie stars, such as Angelina Jolie, Hally Berry, Beyonce and just



about every other actress, get in for their movie shoots. It is actually very simple to get a body like that, but



very hard work.



The simple part is that they do full body workouts.



I think that needs more explanation because too many people assume the term "full body workout" is just doing one



or two exercises per body part until you have worked on your full body. That couldn't be further from what I deem a



"full body workout". The workouts that are done by the stars are full of exercises that actually will cause a



ripple effect throughout the entire body.



For example: Instead of doing the traditional leg press machine and then walking over and doing the bicep curl or



even shoulder press machine, the stars do something called a "clean and press".



A "clean and press" is a really



cool move that targets almost your entire body, yes even your tummy. Some other cool moves that they do are things



like renegade rows, burpees, front squats, planks, Turkish get-ups and many, many more.



In addition to the aforementioned exercises they also do a few other things. Namely high intensity cardio training



several times a week and then on top of that they eat with such good discipline.



Just browsing around the internet



looking for the solution to losing body fat and really getting a flat sexy stomach like the stars have can be



really tedious because there are millions of fitness websites out there that only fill your head with a bunch of



lies and myths that don't really work.







Through my years of research I have only found a handful of websites that actually do explain step by step the full



process from beginning to end on how to look as good as the stars.



Of the few that I have found I am a bit biased



towards one in particular. Mainly because the title says it all "The Truth About Abs"



It was written by this



trainer and nutritionist, Mike Geary of New Jersey.



His workouts are top notch and the really simple. But to be honest they will kick your butt so if you are not



serious about getting a flat sexy stomach I would stay as far away from Mike's program as you can.
