How effective is Wii Sports Fitness if you're trying to drop A LOT of weight?

I need to lose 100+ pounds, and I know its going to take a while to accomplish this, but I was wondering how effective would the Wii Sports Fitness program be? Also, what is a good regiment to do on this system?



Also, what SPECIFICALLY do I need to eat to help in my weight lose? I'm so tired of people just saying to diet, but that is really a broad term. I need to know WHAT to eat and WHAT to stay away from exactly.How effective is Wii Sports Fitness if you're trying to drop A LOT of weight?Now, this is just an average of how many calories burned:

If you play boxing for 15 minutes, you burn about 121 calories. It's the MOST ACTIVE game.

Tennis- 25 minutes, about 110 calories.

Bowling- 30 minutes, about 104 calories.

Baseball- 35 minutes, about 102 calories.

Golfing is a relaxing sport, but you burn the LEAST amount of calories- if you want to lose weight fast, don't even bother to play golf. If you play 45 minutes of golf, you burn about 99 calories.



If you want to lose weight faster, I would suggest to buy Wii Fit! It has a wide range of games, and for Black Friday, it's only $67 at Target!



Eat fruit! And if you eat vegetables, don't use much oil. Salad is good too, without dressing.



Good luck!!!How effective is Wii Sports Fitness if you're trying to drop A LOT of weight?ive never tried wii sports fitness but maybe that will work for you. as for the eating, i went through a period where i ate a breakfast of toast and orange juice and for lunch and dinner i had salad. Sometimes Id spice it up by putting chicken in the salad or a different kind of cheese. This helped me a lot i lost a lot of weight but i stuck to eating like this which is not exactly the most enjoyable way to eat. Just dont skip meals because that will actually slow your matabolism down and make it harder to lose weight. Hope i helped!
