Books that are approved by most fitness authorities - one's that are approved by most , and not criticized bu approved 4 there theories - one that have universally accepted rules.
I'm talking stretches running and exercise in general and conditioning.
and finally who if any are the fitness authorities whose techniques are universally approved or respected.What are the best anmd most acclaimed fitness boooks otut there?Not sure if there are any. If you look in the bookshop there are very few books on running techniques, for example.
I suppose that its such a large subject and every sport and fitness regime requires a different fitness type (for example, I run and am Runnign fit, but I can't swim very far - it requires a different style of fitness). Each then needs different stretches for the muscles being used and different conditioning exercises (again, going to running - requires general body conditioning, cycling doesn't need anything to do with the arms)
So I would guess that there isn't a book covering all fitness regimes, you might have to pick a sport and you wil have better luck getting fitness and stretches for that.What are the best anmd most acclaimed fitness boooks otut there?Joel Friel's Training bible?
