How is fitness test conducted for cricket players?

I am not talking about players with injuries. But, I used to hear players who is not injured are not fit to play cricket match. For e.g. Shoaib akhtar. I am curious to know how they are testing player's fitness. How is fitness test conducted for cricket players?these tests r taken:

Aerobic Fitness - This is an important component of fitness for cricket, so that players can reduce the effect of fatigue during long periods of play. Fitter players will cope with the heat stress of playing all day in the sun.

Flexibility-- The flexibility tests should be specific to the actions of cricket. Being flexible enables greater range of movement in the execution of strokes, and may reduce injury in the long term.

Strength and Power-- Strength (and power tests) should also be done to determine initial levels and to monitor strength changes in conjunction with training programs. Core stability and abdominal function is important in the controlling of movement and execution of strokes.

Speed and agility--Running speed, acceleration, and agility are very important in cricket for moving between the wickets and in fielding.

Body Fat-- Excess body fat would affect the cricketer's ability to move freely around the field, and also increase fatigue during training and game play. How is fitness test conducted for cricket players?NOw-a-days doctors and Physios who specialises have a set of what to do depending on the injury/illness of each player and test them accordingly.

For example; If there is a shoulder injury, there is aset of tests

If there is ankle injury, for that there is a different set of tests

This way they collect the data analyse and declare the fitness of the player. How is fitness test conducted for cricket players?what i know player chk from 3-5 different angles.... sighting, running and others... may be someone give appropriate answer.. im look ing forward to itHow is fitness test conducted for cricket players?
