24 had a case against them, which entitled many people, including me to 3 free months at 24 hour fitness. I misplaced the actual letter and called 24 to ask about what I could do, and they said that I couldn't get the 3 free months without the letter. However that's 24 Hour who has no real incentive to help me out.
