Im entering high school in the fall and I have to take a physical fitness test. What sorts of material are they going to make me do?What do you have to do in a physical fitness?in my school we had to do
pushups- (7 minimum for girls and around 14 for guys)
trunk lift (9 inches for girls and i forget the guys)
sit ups- (18 for girls 24 for guys)
sit and reach- (7 inches for guys i think and either 10 or 12 for girls)
height and weight- (you pass this test no matter what)
mile- ( under 11 minutes if your 14, 10:30 if your 15)
and we didn't do pull ups, i live in california
