To build up my stamina and fitness level, is my only option to do cardio?

i live in an apartment so running and playing games in my backyard isnt a good option for me. is there anything i can do inside my house for exercise to build stamina/fitness and loose weight? are there any good fitness/cardio videos on youtube? - send link :D



thanks!To build up my stamina and fitness level, is my only option to do cardio?You could try doing jump rope or jumping jacks. The best way though is to jog /run for atelast 30minutes a day. You can also do home workouts such as pushups, situps, squats and stuff like that.
