With Anime and Manga growing in popularity it is only a matter of time till Hollywood jumps on the trend. But what Anime or Manga do you think if in the right hands would make for a great big budget film?
Personally with Transformers doing so well i think a Gundam film would also work. (audiences just seem to love big robots)What manga/anime would you want to see as a Hollywood Blockbuster?They tried it with "The Professional" (Golgo 13). But you're right, we're such suckers for giant robots. Maybe "Evangelion"? But you know Americans can be picky, so they may lead with "fan service" selections.

I am an avid Gundam fan and I do not ever want to see Hollywood attempt to make a Gundam movie, unless I personally direct it.
Has Hollywood ever done a good job with an anime adaption? No.
