Is it Hypocritical to Say that Hollywood is ruining this country by using their Exposure to Endorse Candidates

I mean Reagan Came from Hollywood and was the Best President ,some say in recent years. So is Holly wood capable of choosing a Viable Candidate for 2008?.Do you think Reagan would endorse any of Todays Presidential Candidates? Is it Hypocritical to Say that Hollywood is ruining this country by using their Exposure to Endorse CandidatesIf people weren't so caught up in the lives of celebrities and romanticizing their lives off of the screen, it wouldn't matter.

We can thank entertainment news shows, networks, and supermarket tabloids for that.Is it Hypocritical to Say that Hollywood is ruining this country by using their Exposure to Endorse Candidates
Absolutely not. If you allow Hollyweird actors to influence your vote you have to be an idiot. Man, I guess that sums up at least half of Americant's .Is it Hypocritical to Say that Hollywood is ruining this country by using their Exposure to Endorse CandidatesI don't see a movie just because a certain actor is in it so why would i vote for someone just because they endorse them
I lived through the Reagan years, and I wasn't that impressed. Presidents are like baseball managers: they get too much credit when things are going well and too much blame when things go wrong. Reagan got too much credit for turning the country around when the country was ripe for making a big change after leaving the 70s, anyway. (Just like I think Bush is getting too much blame now) The same thing happened to Clinton: he had those qualities that exude leader from them, and he benefitted from a decent economy, just like Reagan did by the mid 80s.Is it Hypocritical to Say that Hollywood is ruining this country by using their Exposure to Endorse CandidatesReagan, like most "conservatives" really aren't conservative at all. Reagan doubled the national debt. He was a lousy president: a dottering mouthpiece for his multi-national corporate handlers. He had active alsheimers before he left office (arguably before he came to office). His administration was filled with quasi-legal (and downright illegal, Col. North) military operations that propped up dictatorships all over the world.

Reagan's endorsement would be enough for me to look to any other candidate. Is it Hypocritical to Say that Hollywood is ruining this country by using their Exposure to Endorse Candidates
He might endorse Huckabee.
OBAMA!!

YES WE CAN!!

Hollywood neo Marxist socialist are ruining this country from the inside of the far left.

Its a shame they are part of the true Democrat party. They should leave the Democrat party and start their own sick movement rather than dragging down good Democrats. They are pushing a lot of Democrats out of the party.

What Regan would or would not do has no relationship with today's Hollywood Michael Moors.

He would like the "Black" and "Woman" concept, as to the individuals, no.
I think Reagan was a bad President not a good one. There was high poverty and drug use when he was President. I think his responsibility in ending the Cold War was also overrated (see Gorby). He would probably endorse Mitt if he were still running.
Who cares about endorsements from Hollywood or Washington?!
Hollywood back then was good at picking candidates, but now they are farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr left and don't know anything.
Reagan came from Hollywood when it was here for America, not against it. Back then they made movies that supported the troops, not condemned them, made America sound good, not say we are the reason al qaeda attacked us, and didn't think being a slut is cool. Today people in Hollywood are all drugged up, and have twisted minds. So whatever they say, whether they support a conservative, liberal, or socialist, it is most likely for the worse, and should not be listened to. I can not begin to try to speak for Reagan. When he was president things were a lot different, and I don't know how he would feel today. I bet he would support someone conservative.
Reagan was a democrat who switched to GOP when he became unhappy with the Dem party, but he maintained a lot of the democratic tendencies.

He was not even close to being as conservative as the conservative wing of the party today.

I think he would feel his party had been hi jacked by right wing fanatics.
I think He would endorse big Mac
I think that it's important to have a candidate who knows what it's like to be a normal tax-paying person. All of the candidates that we have now, don't have to worry about taxes or health care or social security, so why are they making decisions for those of us who do?

I think Reagan would support Giuliani because he seems to know how the real world works and how real people live.
Hollwood ruined this country the day they started glorifying Paris Hilton and Britney Spears for the dumb crap they do. I mean, why should they be the breaking news on CNN when I get up in the morning? This world is totally warped thanks to Hollywood and the sheep that actually care about this crap.
