How can the Average Person help Hollywood?

I Kinda feel Bad for movie producers and studios because...the people their making films for (You Guys) have pretty much seen it all, therefore nothing shocks, scares, surprises, cry, laugh hysterically or makes us wonder anymore...with all the remakes, on top of remakes (some within 5yrs of each other) Hollywood is just basically covering up a sink hole...if movie producers and screen writers were listening what would words of wisdom would you give them...

And no any **** about "make better movies" please...but be as creative as possibleHow can the Average Person help Hollywood? The best way the average person can help Hollywood is to stop paying to see crap movies. The only reason these movies get made is because they make money. Most horror movies are made for small budgets (%26lt;$20 million) with relatively unknown actors. If these movies make $30-$40 million, it's considered a successful run - and $30-$40 million is chicken scratch.

Unfortunately, moviegoers keep turning out for the Saw, Halloween, Friday the 13, AVP, etc. If people keep turning out, why would a movie executive bother putting money behind an unproven concept? How can the Average Person help Hollywood?Hollywood has not been about creativity in 30 years thanks to star wars..it became all about visual versus content..as great as star wars was it destroyed what hollywood used to be. Don't get me wrong i'm a fan of lucas but the kind of money the movie raked in changed the politics of the industry. How can the Average Person help Hollywood?Help egg on Hollywood's demise, and go to Broadway.
