Many Hollywood movies show that when people work on computers, especially in spy/government centered movies, there is a kind of interface not of the basc windows variety. I don't know of any that exist for free - but you could pay a flash programmer to do it., that's probably your best bet. I don't have time at the moment, but would charge somewhere between $500-$600 to do it. You could also search for themes online. You're more likely to find one made for Linux, which Ubuntu can use because essentially Ubuntu is Linux for the everyday user.

If you decide to use Ubuntu or some other Gnome based Linux distro, I would recommend gnome-look.
